Any patients who registered for the NHS App using the in-built verification service, will continue to be able to use the NHS App as normal. However, any patients who registered for the NHS App using details provided by the practice (linkage key, ODS code, account ID), will no longer be able to use the NHS App as these details are specifically for our old system and will therefore be required to re-register for the NHS App.
These patients can either use the in-built verification service to get up and running again or will require details provided by the practice.
