Results of the National GP Survey have been released.

to all the patients that completed one on behalf of Plowright.
Our overall results were really good and above the National average in all areas, just highlighting the hard working, dedicated staff that we have across the practice.
From the GP’s, ANP’s, Nursing , reception and dispensary teams through to those you don’t always see, the back office administrators and our domestic assistants that keep the surgeries clean and tidy.
Every team member is an important cog in the running of the practice and we are really proud of them all and thank them for their support of the practice and our patients.
We appreciate our telephone access results could be better and has slipped a little bit this year, 
We had a new phone system put in and we are aware that this has been challenging for both staff and patients. We will try to look at ways we can improve this.
