This AI-powered digital physiotherapy service offers patients with lower back pain access to a same-day assessment and personalised treatment programme through a smartphone app. The service supports both self-referrals helping patients access the right support more quickly.
The service has already delivered strong results in Cambridgeshire, reducing MSK waiting times by 44% and lower back pain waiting lists by 55%.
